SBAC Law is a boutique law firm, with a focus on disputes, special situations and insolvency. It was started in 2023, by Spandan and Satyajit, who are batchmates from their time in National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Both Partners started the firm after long stints in some of top law firms and practice at the highest courts in India, with each bringing in specialisation in complementary aspects of law.  

SBAC Law is incorporated as a limited liability partnership, with its registered office in New Delhi, India.

Lawyers at SBAC are encouraged to develop their practice in line with their interests and causes. Consequently, apart from the core practice areas, some of us specialize in defamation, publishing, human rights, electoral reforms, financial policy, personal bankruptcy etc.
