Sudev Singh Juneja is an advocate based in New Delhi, called to the Bar in 2022. His practice focuses on advising clients on complex commercial and contractual disputes, and white collar criminal investigations.

Sudev graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata in 2022, obtaining the BA.LL.B (Hons.) degree. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Sudev began his legal career at AZB & Partners, where he represented leading private equity funds, corporations and financial institutions and on a wide range of structured corporate transactions. Thereafter, he has advised clients on a wide range of litigation and white collar criminal matters, including corporate and commercial disputes, investigations by the United States Office of Foreign Asset Control, exits from joint ventures, and public acquisition disputes.  

He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, LCIA Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, NCLAT, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, APTEL, and other courts and tribunals.
