Rukman Banka is an Associate as SBAC Law, where she focuses on dispute resolution, civil-commercial litigation and arbitration. She is an advocate based in New Delhi registered with the Bar Council of Delhi. Having joined the firm in March 2026, she assists in a diverse range of matters involving contractual disputes, insolvency proceedings and arbitration.

Rukman graduated from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat in 2023, obtaining the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree.

Rukman brings a specialized, multidisciplinary perspective to the disputes practice having previously served as a Capital Markets Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and CMS IndusLaw for nearly two years where she advised on large-scale equity issuances. This transactional background allows her to approach litigation with a deep, practical understanding of the underlying business problems and regulatory frameworks that drive commercial conflicts.

She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT and other courts and tribunals.
