Aman Goyal is an advocate based in New Delhi with about five years of experience in handling high-value disputes across courts and tribunals in India. His practice focuses on arbitration, civil-commercial litigation, contractual disputes as well as insolvency law.
Aman graduated from the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata in 2020, obtaining the BA.LL.B (Hons.) degree and thereafter proceeded to pursue an LL.M.
Aman began his legal career at AZB & Partners, where he advised and represented leading corporations and financial institutions in a wide range of civil-commercial and insolvency matters. He was thereafter associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. for nearly three years as part of the Dispute Resolution team, where he advised and represented prominent Indian and multinational corporations as well as public-sector undertakings in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.
He has regularly appeared before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, ICC Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, NCLAT, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, TDSAT, other courts and tribunals.
