Debarchan De is an advocate based in New Delhi with experience spanning litigation, arbitration, and intellectual property law. He has represented government bodies, corporations, and individual clients before courts and tribunals across India, with a practice that covers commercial disputes, intellectual property, regulatory matters, service matters, and arbitration proceedings. 

Debarchan completed his B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Noida in 2021. He thereafter pursued his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom (2022), where his research focused on access to essential pharmaceuticals during pandemics and the interface between public health and patent rights. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. 

Debarchan has worked as an Associate with Dugal Grewal & Partners, managing trademark portfolios, and later represented the Union of India as part of the Chambers of Nidhi Raman, CGSC, where he appeared in trademark, copyright, and patent matters before the Delhi High Court. He is currently associated with the SBAC Law, where he advises and appears in a wide spectrum of disputes, including commercial, arbitration, IP, environmental, and service matters. His work includes drafting pleadings, managing litigation strategy, and briefing senior counsel in significant disputes. 

He has regularly appeared before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, various tribunals including the Trade Marks Registry, as well as other courts and forums across India.
